ALOHA PSYCHOTHERAPY
WELCOMES YOU!
Your Local Psychotherapist - Here to Guide You
Have a particular life obstacle you’re trying to overcome? Sometimes, seeking help from a certified expert is the best way to put things into perspective. As a committed, professional Psychotherapist in Galway, your well-being and mental strength is my number one priority. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, are stuck because of previous trauma, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioural transformation by relaxed sessions of talking and active listening.
SERVICES I OFFER
Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Since 2009, I have provided clients a wide range of psychotherapeutic and counselling services to suit their needs. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process. Psychotherapy offers a way of discovering repressed emotions and learning ways to manage our emotional health through the psychotherapeutic alliance. Psychotherapy can also open up old traumas and leave us raw while we process those feelings and move through them. Online Sessions available.
